When you create a website using our platform, we generate generic placeholder pages for your Privacy Policy and Terms of Service as a convenience. These placeholders are not legal advice and are not tailored to your specific business, jurisdiction, or data practices.

You are required to replace these placeholder pages with your own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service that accurately reflect your business operations and comply with all applicable laws. Call Monkey LLC is not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of, or failure to replace, these placeholder legal pages.

No Guarantee of Results

We build websites designed to help your business get noticed and get your phone ringing. That said, we do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to search engine rankings, lead generation, phone calls, revenue, or business growth. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, service area, and how you run your business.

Web Hosting and Uptime

We strive to keep your website available and running smoothly. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Our Service may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, server issues, third-party service outages, or events beyond our control.

Call Monkey LLC is not liable for any lost revenue, leads, or business opportunities resulting from website downtime, outages, slowdowns, or hosting disruptions. We host our infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and while AWS provides strong reliability, no hosting provider can guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call Monkey LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation:

• Inaccurate AI-generated content
• Downtime or hosting failures

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

If your account is terminated, we are not obligated to retain or provide access to your website data or content.

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services such as domain registrars, analytics tools, or payment processors. We are not responsible for the practices, terms, or reliability of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming.
